The Yucatan International Congress Center is the newest and most modern venue in the region, and is equipped with the latest cutting-edge technology. It has 50,000 m2 of total construction, which house 9,430 m2 for events on two floors, divisible into up to 26 rooms and with a maximum capacity of 10,000 attendees of Congresses and Conventions.
Built under the LEED Green Building certification system, at its Platinum level, meeting the energy leadership and environmental design requirements, making it an ecologically responsible building.
Inside it has a unique and natural wonder "El Cenote", an underwater river that according to the ancient Mayans linked them with the underworld, today it is considered an emblematic element of the dedication and commitment of the city to sustainable development.
